Structure and process of a consultation
- You can contact me by email, by phone, via Signal, through my contact form, or you can request an appointment using the Calendly tool on my website.
- You tell me what you want to talk about and/or what you need help with.
- We will find a consultation that is right for you and pick a date and time, unless you have already requested an appointment via Calendly.
For initial consultations, I will email you a short customer data sheet together with my Privacy Policy and my Terms & Conditions (‘T&Cs’). Please fill out and sign the customer data sheet and send it back to me as a scan. Please read through the Privacy Policy and the T&Cs, sign them and send them back to me as a scan if you agree with the content.
- Upon receipt of these documents, I will send you an order confirmation for the booked service together with my invoice.
- You transfer the amount stated on the invoice in advance to the account specified therein.
- Upon receipt of your payment, I will start analysing your horoscope. This point does not apply to consultations with Tarot cards.
- We meet at the agreed meeting point (in person, by telephone, Zoom) at the agreed time and enjoy the consultation. Any administrative matters will be dealt with before we start.
For Tarot consultations via email or Signal, I now write or speak my interpretation and send it to you.
- After the consultation, we arrange a follow-up appointment if desired. Otherwise, this concludes the consultation.
For Tarot consultations via email or Signal, you have seven calendar days after receiving my message with the interpretation to ask a maximum of two follow-up questions if anything remains unclear.
